I started by diving deep into their market, vision, and customer base to shape the visual direction. Working closely with the engineering team, we chose the best path for the redesign to ensure a smooth process and set us up for success. I developed a detailed design system and addressed major UX issues, constantly seeking feedback from our team and users.
